Cultivating Resilience in an Age of Overwhelm

Presentation at Friendly House by Ryan Kenny about a science-based approach to building resilience through brief, powerful moments of awareness.. In our rapidly accelerating world, we face unprecedented levels of stress and anxiety. Kenny discusses “The Pause Method” which draws from neuroscience, psychology, and mindfulness research. This presentation is followed by live music, a group game, and a guided meditation. Ryan Kenny is the co-founder of Pause Meditation, where he combines his background in neuroscience and mental health with practical mindfulness techniques to help individuals and organizations build resilience.
